The ground level has a living room featuring a TV monitor, a dining area, and a kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, hot water kettle, and sink.
Baan Jay guest wing also has its own private entrance separate from the larger main house Baan Mairead 7 which can be rented in addition to the Guest Wing. The units combine for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests comfortably.
