--For Bookings from November 2009 onward, we can not confirm house availability until after August 25, 2009. 

 --In December and January there is a 7 -night minimum stay request. February-November we have a minimum stay policy of 3-nights per house, and 2-nights in the clubhouse rooms.

--There is a strict maximum occupancy of 8 persons per house.

Between May and October we can not allow check-ins after 6pm-Please make your flight bookings accordingly. The cost for transportation is 1,300 Baht for Taxi and Boat  to/from Krabi Airport during the day, and 1,400 Baht after 5pm, payable to front office. One taxi can transport up to 7 persons. If your party has more than 7, you will need to book 2 taxis.

From May to October, traveling to Railei can be very difficult at night, and our office closes at 5pm. Therefore, during these months, you must arrive at Krabi airport NO LATER than 5:00pm to arrive at Railei before dark. If you must come on a later flight, please arrange a stay in Krabi or Ao Nang and come to Railei the following morning.

DEPOSIT: To guarantee your booking, we require a DEPOSIT of 50%. (please see our cancellation policy below).

  • 30 days or more prior: no penalty.
  • Less than 30 days prior, penalty is 100% of deposit.
