 --From December 15th to January 15th there is a 7 -night minimum stay request. February-November we have a minimum stay policy of 3-nights per house, and 2-nights in the clubhouse rooms. 

--For bookings from November 2010 through April 2011, we will be open for reservations and confirmations August 2010, after knowing the owners occupancy dates.  We look forward to recieving your requests then.

--There is a strict maximum occupancy of 8 persons per house.

We can not allow check-ins after 6pm, unless taxi and boat arrangements are made through our office.  Please make your flight bookings accordingly. The cost for transportation is 1,300 Baht for Taxi and Boat to/from Krabi Airport before 5pm, and 1,400 Baht after 5pm until 10pm, payable to front office. One taxi can transport up to 7 persons. If your party has more than 7, you will need to book 2 taxis.

From May to October, traveling to Railei can be very difficult at night, and our office closes at 5pm. Therefore, during these months, you must arrive at Krabi airport NO LATER than 5:00pm to arrive at Railei before dark. If you must come on a later flight, please arrange a stay in Krabi or Ao Nang and come to Railei the following morning.

DEPOSIT: To guarantee your booking, we require a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date.  *Please see our cancellation policy below.

We will NOT make a charge on your credit card until you choose for us to do so when you are checking out.  This number is held as confirmation and security deposit on the house.
